Your workspace data.
Droidface is operated by XP.COM, LLC through the Uncen platform.
What we store
Your sign-in identity, workspace name, product and investor briefs, contacts, campaigns, goals, tasks, meeting plans, social plans, research items, measurements, drafts, outreach notes, and uploaded files. We store these in the platform database. Each workspace belongs to its signed-in owner.
Sign-in
Sign-in uses the existing Uncen account. A short-lived, single-use handoff opens a separate session on Droidface. We do not collect your Google password.
AI drafting
When you request an AI draft, the selected product brief and your instructions go to OpenAI. Requests, responses, and usage are logged by our platform for debugging and cost tracking. Do not include passwords or confidential third-party information in the brief.
Files and outreach
Uploaded files require your signed-in account to download. The current beta does not send emails or make calls. It stores the outreach notes you enter. Registering premium interest records that preference; it does not collect payment or subscribe you to a mailing list.
Creator recordings and production
Voice and talking head recordings that you save belong to your private workspace. The platform stores them in the database. Downloads require your signed-in account. Remove a recording from linked video briefs before deleting the file.
A production handoff creates a private Uncen preset containing the reviewed brief and script. It does not start a render. You choose the production settings in Uncen before generation. The browser composer reads the files you choose, previews the result, and creates a local download. It does not publish the finished video.
Gmail connection
When you connect Gmail, Google asks you to approve read-only access to message metadata. We encrypt access and refresh tokens in the database. Manual sync checks the latest 50 messages. We retain the subject, date, direction, account address, message identifier, and thread link only when a message matches a saved contact email address. We do not fetch message bodies, snippets, or attachments. Gmail data is not sent to the AI drafting service, used for advertising, or used to train general AI models. Our use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Disconnect Gmail to remove stored tokens and stop sync. Imported history remains until you use Delete imported history in Email tracking. You can also remove Droidface access in your Google account permissions. Droidface Gmail uses a separate Google OAuth project from other Uncen integrations.
Research and agent input
Opening the daily desk checks a public Product Hunt feed at most once a day in your browser session. The server limits checks to once every six hours per workspace. We store short titles, links, dates, and snippets as private review items. We do not send your contacts or briefs to the feed provider.
When you request YouTube or X research, your topic and region go to the selected provider. We store source links, titles, dates, and available public measurements. These are dated observations. Provider checks use caching and request limits. TikTok sources are entered manually. We do not send your private contacts to research providers.
You can create a scoped agent token to add new review items. The token is shown once, lasts up to 30 days, and is stored only as a hash. The agent import endpoint cannot read your workspace, change saved items, publish posts, or send outreach. You can rotate or revoke the token in the workspace.
Your control
Export your records as JSON, export your calendar, and download your uploaded files. Contact support@uncen.ai for account or data removal requests. Automated workspace deletion and team sharing are not available in this beta.
Service operation
The platform uses authentication cookies and operational logs. Operators can access stored data to maintain and support the service. Do not treat this beta as a vault for secrets.
